The Company

Envetec is an exciting clean technology focussed start-up.  Using our innovative, low energy, non-thermal technology we aim to help businesses meet their sustainability goals. We have ambitious growth plans and now require a Head of Legal/GC to join the team and help to scale the business for a global market while supporting the legal function at our site in Birdhill, Co. Tipperary. The successful candidate will be joining a team alongside renowned industry leaders in a young, fast growing clean tech company.

• Envetec is a young & growing organisation where priorities can change rapidly in response to business and customer needs. Colleagues are required to show agility and support each other across functions as required. This can include both task and project responsibilities.

Key requirements for the role

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Juris Doctor (JD), or equivalent.
• Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience with exposure to a broad range of business functions
• Skills and Competencies:
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to partner effectively with other functions
  • Build and manage a legal team
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
